Application Procedures for the Macao Service Supplier Certificate
The applicants (juridical persons) must fill in the application form and the declaration.

• The completed declaration, (in Chinese or in both Chinese and Portuguese) must be attested in Chinese by any public notary of the MSAR or by any notary officer officially recognized by the Mainland authorities.
↓
• The declaration must be stamped by China Legal Services (Macao), along with the documents indicated below for verification.

Remarks:
1. The number of copies of the declaration must be the same as that of the certificates to be applied by the applicant.
2. The verification procedures of China Legal Services (Macao) generally take two working days.

• The applicant must present the Macao Service Supplier Certificate application form, the attested and stamped declaration, as well as other required documents to the CEPA Information Centre of the Macao Economic Services.
• In general, the Macao Economic Services will finish vetting the submitted applications within 10 working days, starting from the working day immediately after receiving the completed application and other necessary documents. This period may be extended if the provided information is inaccurate or incomplete.
